We all have our favourite footwear brands that we love. And here at Universal Works, we are no exception. Flower Mountain offer an exciting, innovative addition to our roster, and they share much of the same creative inspirations and a love of the natural world that we do. Their story began with a meeting between designers Keisuke Ota from Tokyo and Yang Chao from Beijing, who, united by a love of mountain trekking, music, and of course, footwear, decided to pursue creating a functional and captivating new style of shoe. The Rulis embodies the dynamic spirit of Flower Mountain, combining aesthetics and functionality in a sneaker with a strong character. The combination of technical fabric and multicolored suede worked with the overlapping technique, creates a design rich in detail and texture.
